Food For Thought!

Protein takes more energy to break down during digestion which means you burn extra calories.

3. Medidation
Meditation is the number one way to start a new you, whether you need to reduce your body weight or just want to feel better. It helps relieve aches and pains, reduce cortisol which keeps your middle growing, lowers blood pressure and zaps stress. This is something else that's great to google and see what you come up with.
